Wellbeing & Inclusion
Wellbeing, Inclusion & HAF Provision
Every child deserves to feel included, confident and engaged. Our wellbeing and inclusion programmes ensure that no child is left behind.
Where Every Child Belongs
Inclusion isn’t an afterthought at ICS — it’s woven into every session, every programme and every coaching interaction. We believe that physical activity has the power to transform confidence, wellbeing and social connection for children who need it most.
From SEND-adapted PE sessions and targeted wellbeing interventions to our government-funded HAF holiday provision and council-partnered PEX programme, ICS creates inclusive environments where every child can participate, progress and thrive.

- Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Inclusive provision is central to everything ICS delivers. Our coaches are trained to adapt activities, equipment and coaching approaches to meet the individual needs of children with SEND. We work closely with school SENCOs to ensure provision is appropriate, progressive and documented — supporting the school's wider inclusion strategy.
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme is a government-funded initiative providing enriching activities and healthy meals for children eligible for free school meals during Easter, summer and Christmas holidays. ICS is an approved HAF provider in Norfolk, delivering engaging sports-based programmes that keep children active, fed and socially connected during school holidays.
ICS delivers targeted wellbeing interventions that use physical activity as a tool for building confidence, resilience, social skills and positive mental health. Our programmes are designed for children who may be disengaged, anxious or facing challenges — using structured sport and play to create safe spaces where every child can thrive.
The PEX Intervention Programme is delivered in partnership with the local council and provides targeted physical activity intervention for pupils who need additional support with engagement, behaviour, confidence and wellbeing. It uses structured sessions to create positive outcomes through sport.
