Challenge:
A Norfolk primary school with declining PE engagement and limited staff confidence in delivering high-quality physical education.
Solution:
ICS implemented a full ICS Provision partnership including timetabled PE, staff CPD, after-school clubs and termly impact tracking.
Results:
- 35% increase in KS2 PE participation
- 42% growth in pupil confidence scores
