Founded in Norfolk in 2016, ICS Schools Partnership has grown from a sports coaching service into a trusted strategic partner for primary schools and Multi-Academy Trusts across the region.
Our Story
What began as a coaching service in 2016 has evolved into a comprehensive school partnership model that supports schools across PE, wellbeing, participation and physical activity.
Today, ICS Schools Partnership works with over 30 primary schools across Norfolk, delivering everything from curriculum PE lessons and PPA cover to wellbeing interventions, enrichment programmes and trust-wide partnership support. Our team of qualified, DBS-checked professionals now deliver more than 150 sessions every week.
The evolution from “ICS Coaching” to “ICS Schools Partnership” reflects our long-term commitment to being more than just a provider. We work alongside schools as trusted partners — supporting the development of high-quality PE, sport and wellbeing provision that creates measurable impact for pupils, staff and wider school communities.

ICS Schools Partnership is a Norfolk-based organisation delivering high-quality PE, sport coaching, wellbeing programmes and enrichment experiences for primary schools. We work as strategic school partners — not just coaches — providing curriculum-aligned PE delivery, PPA cover, after-school clubs, SEND support, holiday camps, events and trust-wide partnership solutions.
ICS primarily serves schools across Norwich, Wymondham, Attleborough, Dereham, Thetford and surrounding Norfolk communities. We work with both individual schools and Multi-Academy Trusts across the region, tailoring provision to each school's unique needs and context.
All ICS coaching staff hold a minimum Level 2 sports coaching qualification, enhanced DBS clearance, safeguarding training and current first aid certification. Many of our team hold additional specialist qualifications in areas such as SEND provision, early years PE and specific sports disciplines.
